How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes
7–18 business days after dispatch, and every order ships with tracking you can follow.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, write to us and we will
tell you honestly whether we can arrange something.
Will I have to pay customs or duty on delivery?
No. We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis, so import charges are settled by us before your
parcel is released. The price at checkout is the final price. If a carrier asks you for anything
extra, contact us and we will resolve it.
What are your bags made of?
Each product page lists the exact materials — the outer, the lining and the hardware.
We never describe a material as something it is not.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us first and we will walk you through it. Depending on
the situation, we may arrange a local return, or simply refund you without asking you to ship the
item back. Full details are on our Returns page.
How should I care for my bag?
Keep it dry, store it lightly stuffed so it holds its shape, and wipe the surface with a soft,
dry cloth. See the Care Guide for more.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Write to us as
soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Everything is packed to be given as a gift. If you would like a handwritten note included, ask
us before you order and we will do our best.
