Everything below applies to orders shipped to the United States.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order,
contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Transit time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–18 business days. This is an
estimate, not a guarantee: customs processing and carrier conditions can add time, particularly
around peak season.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as the parcel
is on its way, and you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.
Import duties and taxes
We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis. Import charges are settled by us before
your parcel is released for delivery, and the price you pay at checkout is the final price. If a
carrier ever asks you for an additional payment, contact us first and we will resolve it.
Please check your address
We ship to the address given at checkout. Please double-check it — especially apartment or
unit numbers and ZIP code. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately; we can usually correct
it before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us
If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Where a redelivery costs us a second shipment, we may ask you to cover that cost.
