Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we
cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item sells out or a payment cannot be verified
— we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the cost of shipping and import charges for
delivery to the United States. We may change prices at any time, but not after your order has been
accepted. Payment is taken by our payment providers at the time of ordering.
Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Screens
render colour differently, so a small variation between the image and the piece is possible.
Shipping and risk
Estimated processing and transit times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. These
are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation,
scraping it at scale, or placing fraudulent orders.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, design and the Maison Relic name and marks
— belongs to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount
you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer
law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Nothing here removes
any protection you have as a consumer in your own country.
