Wenzhou is where China’s small metal goods industry clusters, and Ouhai is where the lighter and smoking-accessory trade concentrated. Being inside that cluster is not marketing — it is why we can tool a new housing, mould a new cap and get a sample out in days rather than months.

Six lines, one discipline.
The spark wand is the newest line. The other five have been in continuous production for years, and they are the reason the factory has the tooling, the plating supply chain and the inspection habits that a single-product operation would have to buy in.

The last one matters for you: custom packaging is not an outsourced favour here, it is a line we already run.
Where the checks happen.
If something goes wrong. A 12-month warranty against manufacturing defect applies to every unit. For wholesale accounts we replace defective units in the next shipment rather than asking you to post them back to China — return freight on a single unit costs more than the unit, and we both know it. Report the rate and the batch number and we will handle it.

Three levels of customisation, priced differently because they take very different amounts of time on the floor.
Level 1 — Marking
Your logo laser-engraved or printed on the body. From 500 units. No tooling cost, two to three extra days.
Level 2 — Packaging
Custom carton artwork, printed manual in your language, retail-ready gift box. From 1,000 units. Artwork approval needed before production, and translations must be supplied or paid for.
Level 3 — Housing
New colour, new surface treatment, or changes to the housing itself. From 5,000 units. Tooling lead time applies and is quoted per project.
