What to put in the first message
A short but complete first message saves about a week of back-and-forth. The four things that change our answer:
- Destination country — import rules for spark-generating devices differ by market, and we quote documents against a specific destination.
- Volume of the first order — so we quote the right tier instead of the highest one.
- How you will sell it — retail shelf, own webshop, marketplace listing or event service. It changes the packaging and the labelling we recommend.
- Anything your broker already said — an HS code, a restriction, a document they want. We would rather design around a constraint than discover it at the port.
Buying a single unit for yourself? We do not run a retail checkout on this site. Samples are sold to businesses at sample cost, and the freight is usually the larger number — ask for the landed cost before you commit.
